Description
I present you this immaculate 14,000 miles 1975 Lincoln Continental Mark IV 2-door coupe. Do I need to say anything else?? Seeing this car go through the workshop and wash bay was a joy. One beautiful classic car. Open the king-sized hood to the powerful refined 460 inch Ford engine V8 coupled by the 3-speed column shift automatic.
Let’s take a look inside. The seats are mated Cranberry Victoria velour cloth (code AH) trim or dark red leather (trim code DD) for the seating surfaces which show zero signs of wear. Dash is in perfect condition. Power steering, power brakes, Air conditioning, power seats, power windows, anti-locking system, never smoked in, always garaged radio antenna works, its like new inside and outside. The trunk key unlocks hood release, spare tyre and glove box.
Outside is painted in a special silver Moon-dust Metallic (paint code 1D) finish, it featured a silver Levant grain vinyl roof. Colour-keyed body side paint stripes in silver metallic (code P) or Cranberry (code D) graced the exterior, and the cranberry or silver luggage compartment trim and spare tyre cover completed the package. An instant limited edition model, which cost next to nothing to produce, and garnered a $400 premium when ordered in its era. Weather stripping is all in perfect condition. Sunroof included which is very rare.
14,000 miles on this beauty. Love and cherished. Garaged its whole life. Never seen ice or snow. This car is somewhere between excellent and perfect.
