1972 Holden LJ Torana S

An unmolested Holden survivor.

I present you with this low mileage, all original 1972 2door Holden LJ Torana S.

Under the bonnet is the 138ci 6 cylinder red 2.25L linked to the 3-speed column shift tri-Matic. We believe it still has the original brake pads. It runs so smooth and quiet that sometimes, I can’t remember if it’s turned on or not. The distributor cap, the leads, the thermostat housing, and some hoses are all still the original Holden items from the factory… The leads still have the 1971 date codes stamped on them, nothing reproduction made, all original and genuine Holden.

It comes with the full documented service history and has only completed 2000 miles since brought from the original owner in 2002. 51,300 original miles!! This Torana belongs in a museum.

The Torana is all original presented in Glacier White Code (568 – 13134). The paint although thin on the bonnet and roof has some patina but is all original and well presented. There are some small knocks and dings as you would expect but nothing major or hidden. The body and chassis is untouched. Solid and strong with NO RUST. Perfect floor pans and doors that click closed like the day they left the factory.

The interior is in immaculate and flawless condition presented in gold tan. Sun visor, original Holden caps, factory mudguards, the chrome, mouldings, and all ornaments all still in great condition.
