Description
Check out this well looked after, very original 1951 Ford Mercury. In complete original condition with complete ownership history of the vehicle. Purchased in Las Vegas, Nevada in November 1950 and maintained by the original lady owner until her passing in 1987. It was then passed to her heirs in Texas until it was sold in 2008 to a Californian purchaser, where it remained until we acquired it recently. 69 years old and this car is in great condition. Under the hood you see the original 255 flathead V8 coupled to a 2-speed column shift automatic transmission.
Push button start!! Immaculate interior with blue and white leather seats, original dash, leather “Jesus Christ” handles and bench seat front and rear. Outside the paint is original so has a few spots and chips but nothing major, the chrome is in great condition, same with the mouldings and all the badges and ornaments.
